Frequently asked questions
If you already know what you need, go to the solution page and create an account. If you are still comparing options, send us a short message on the contact page with your goal and the data you have.
Yes. You do not need an account to ask for guidance. Use the contact page and mention your company, the solution you are considering and whether you already have files ready.
Yes. Tell us which tools and formats your team already uses, such as GIS, CAD, BIM or internal systems, so the workflow can include the right export or integration path.
Keep the files grouped by project and date, confirm the site name, coordinate context and survey date, and add notes that help identify the work later. Organized files are easier to process and review.
You can work with drone surveys, photogrammetry files, orthophotos, maps, point clouds, 3D models and other technical data that needs processing or visualization. See data processing.
It depends on the size and type of data. Large photogrammetry projects usually take longer than simple files, so follow the work status and open the results when they are ready.
When the work is complete, open it in NioMap to review maps, models, layers and measurements. If another team needs the data, use the export options available for that result.
Yes, when the processed data supports those measurements. Use NioMap to check distances, areas and volumes for terrain analysis, stock monitoring or project follow-up.
Yes. Keep surveys from the same site grouped by project and date, then compare the results to understand terrain evolution, volumes or changes in the work area. See project history.
Yes. Export options depend on the result, but the goal is to keep the data useful for other tools. If your team needs a specific format or connection, tell us through the contact page.
Start with the products you want to present online. For each item, prepare the reference, description, images, technical details, documents and any 3D model that helps someone understand it. See digital catalogs.
Yes. Add 3D models when shape, scale or visual detail helps someone understand the product before asking for more information. See 3D product models.
Yes. Publish the products that are ready and share the catalog link with clients, partners or internal teams. Before sharing, check names, descriptions, images, documents, price visibility and 3D models.
Each product can include reference, serial number, description, dimensions, images, documents, certificates, optional price, location and a 3D model when useful.
Yes. Keep products private while you prepare them, publish them when they are ready and hide them again whenever they should no longer appear online.
Send us a message with the type of products, the information you already have and whether you need 3D models. Use the contact page and we will help you define the next step.

Click Create account and follow the registration steps. If you are unsure which solution to choose, contact us and tell us what you need to do.
Open the login page and use the password recovery option. If you still cannot access your account, contact the team through the contact page.
Yes, if your account includes team or company access. Add each person with the permission level they need, especially when projects include client files, site data or technical results.
No. Project files and results are meant for authorized users. Before sharing a file, link or report, confirm who should receive it and whether the information can leave your organization.
Use permissions to decide who can view, manage or share information. If you need access separated by client, project, department or location, describe that structure when you contact us.
Use the format requested by the person or tool that will receive the data. GIS work may need geospatial files, reports may need PDF or images, and technical teams may need CAD/BIM-compatible exports.
Check the project, date, coordinate context, file version and whether the recipient should receive full data or only a final output. This avoids sending the wrong file or outdated information.
Use the contact page. Tell us what you want to achieve, which solution you are considering and whether there are deadlines, file types or technical constraints we should know about.
Tell us your name, organization, what you are trying to do and whether the request is about NioMap, NioBook, access or a technical question. That helps us answer faster.
